So we played 4 games last night, my friend's girlfriend brought her cousin who apparently used to be in the masters. I did a good job of annoying him at the least with my mutas, though the stalkers kept using blink, which was really annoying when I was trying to help my mutas escape. in the end he just got frustrated and hit my base with a huge army of stalkers, he dealt enough to wipe my secondary base, but I was able to stop the force. with more mutas I assaulted again but to my dismay he had even more stalkers and wiped me. mutas are still my favorite, but not sure how well it's used vs. the protoss, especially if they pull those void rays, definitely need to work on the scouting. another situation from last night was a zerg and a terran against my friend and I (double zerg), we ended up getting the same opponents twice. the first time I took mutas and my friend did a roach rush and it worked wonderfully, but the second time I was worried they would be expecting the mutas and so we did a double roach rush. we killed against the terran, but the zerg decided to do a muta build and unfortunately we were unprepared for it. again the scouting would have been great if I'd seen an early lair, need more practice!
